A Community’s Right to Know

The East Lycoming School District strives to offer transparency to the community through normal operations.  There are of course times when an individual may request information that is otherwise not publicly available and we welcome the opportunity to assist you.  If you are seeking records that are not already publicly available, please use the downloadable Records Request form below.  All completed forms must be submitted to the District’s Open Records Officer at RTK@elsd.org
