District Superintendent – Annual Evaluation
Section 1073.1 of the Pennsylvania School Code, states that superintendents must receive an annual performance review using objective performance standards determined by the Board of Directors. The Board of school directors must post the date of the assessment and whether or not the district superintendent has met performance standards.
Performance Standards 2025-26
- Continued focus on the construction and renovation projects happening within our district.
- Continued management of the current Comprehensive Plan.
- Continued management of the district’s cyber school and other non-traditional educational options for students and families.
- Evaluation of the secondary program of studies to ensure it aligns with student, staff, and family needs
2022-2023
Dr. Mark Stamm, Superintendent, was assessed by the School Board on June 20, 2023 and satisfactorily met all performance standards.
2023-2024
Dr. Mark Stamm, Superintendent, was assessed by the School Board on July 9, 2024 and satisfactorily met all performance standards.
2024-2025
Dr. Mark Stamm, Superintendent, was assessed by the School Board on August 19, 2025 and satisfactorily met all performance standards.
