Parents and Students The Keystone Exams are state end-of-course assessments designed to test proficiency in the subject areas of Algebra I, Literature, and Biology. Exams begin on Monday, May 13 and will end by Thursday, May 23. The Keystone Exams are one component of Pennsylvania’s new system of high school graduation requirements. Keystone Exams will help school districts guide students toward meeting state standards. Students currently in Algebra I, Biology Honors, Keystone Biology, and English 10(Academic and Honors) will take the corresponding Keystone Exam. Students are reminded to have their chrome books charged and ready.

Help the FFH collect hats, gloves, and scarves by placing them on the Christmas tree in the foyer. All items donated will be evenly distributed to all three elementary schools for kids who don’t have any.

A group of students are putting on a Christmas movie night at 5PM on December 22 in Montoursville at LVBC. Join them and the community for the Polar Express and the Grinch. Students of all ages are welcome to come! More information can be found in the office.
The Family Promise in Williamsport is an organization that helps families in need. It’s getting cold out and they are in desperate need of blankets. We are accepting new and slightly used blankets. There is a box in the foyer, one in the Lyco Building, and one in the library. All blankets are helpful!
A group of seniors are conducting a school wide toy drive for the patients at Janet Weis Children’s Hospital. Bring your toy into your homeroom teacher to be entered for a raffle to win a $40 Sheetz gift card! We will accept toys until December 18th.

Parent/teacher conferences are scheduled by appointment from 4pm to 7pm on Thursday, November 8 and during the day on Friday, November 9. If you would like to meet with one or more of your child’s teachers, you are asked to leave a voice message for the teacher by calling the school or by emailing the teacher directly to arrange a time to meet. A conference can be a very helpful tool to help ensure your child’s success here at HHS. Thank You!

The HHS Military Appreciation Football Game will be held this Friday, September 7th. The festivities will begin at 6:30 pm. Once again we will he honoring those that have served, and those that are currently serving. We invite anyone that has served, or currently serving, our country, regardless of where you live, to participate. When you enter our facility, please identify yourself as a current or former service member. You will then be directed where to go to participate in the celebration. Before the football game, all those that have served, or are currently serving, will walk onto the football field with the flag of their branch of service. The game ball will be "flown" in by skydivers carrying the United States Flag. During half-time, there will be a presentation of young men and woman that will soon be serving in our Armed Forces. After the game is over, Muncy Bank will be sponsoring fireworks for all to enjoy. Please come out for a great evening.
The 7th grade orientation scheduled for this evening (Thursday August 16) has been postponed until Tuesday August 21, 2018 at 6:30 pm in the High School Auditorium.
