Conferences are scheduled each year to provide parents an opportunity to discuss with teachers their child’s success and areas of need. This year parent/teacher conferences will be:
· Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 12:00PM to 7:00PM (Students dismissed at 11:00AM)
· Friday, November 13, 2020 from 8:00AM to 3:00PM (No school for students)
Due to Covid-19 all parent/teacher conferences will be conducted virtually via ZOOM or over the phone. To get started with the scheduling of your conference, you will need to click on the link provided in the parent portal. This will take you directly to our scheduling site for conferences. You will need to click the link and visit the calendar multiple times if you wish to schedule a conference with more than one teacher. Each teacher has his/her own calendar in the system and times that are available will be there to click and schedule. You will also be able to select whether you would like to do a ZOOM virtual conference or if you would prefer a phone call from the teacher during the selected time.
Once you register and select your conference day and time, an email notification of your scheduled conference time will be automatically generated and sent to the email you enter when you register on the calendar for a time. This is your confirmation of the conference day and scheduled time. If you selected a ZOOM conference as your choice, a ZOOM meeting link will be emailed to you from the teacher during the week of November 9th.
